Two days dedicated to knowledge, cohesion, mutual trust and teamwork. Important goals for the Group but not alwatys easy to achieve, especially between not directly connected departments and offices, stores located in different cities. Aware of this, IVAS & ALIVA, have embarked on a path oriented to the well-being of the most important asset, the human capital, with several internal and external initiatives in support of collecting wellbeing.
The aim of the initiative was to increase the sense of belonging to the company, developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones between people. Goal achieved through fun, comparison and the union that has been created, between different departments, to achieve a common purpose.
The training activity was developed in two parts, the first with group activities and team games; the second consisted of a real field test: "trekking orienteering" in the middle of nature. The teams - equipped with topographical maps, in addition to the constant support of environmental guides - have ventured into the CAI paths, passing through a series of control points, called "lanterns", with evidence to deepen mutual knowledge. These are engaging activities, both emotionally and experientially, where people come into play, overcoming their limits and creating new synergies to support the team.
A winning strategy is the one that is implementig Gruppo IVAS; in fact, the feedback received were very positive. Excellent sign of the well-being of both the individual and the whole company; that will certainly leave stronger and more united that before, ready to face new challenges.
