Semi-transparent yellow adhesion promoter primer with a rough effect. It contains acrylic resins in emulsion and silica inert materials of such particle size as to produce a rough surface. Specially designed to facilitate adhesion of plaster or cement-based skim coats on smooth or poorly absorbent substrates. For indoor and outdoor use.
