Powdered cement-based skim coat made of selected inert materials, hydraulic binders, vinyl copolymers and specific additives. Suitable for superb quality two-coat finishes on smooth concrete, old plastic coatings (with scratched effect), floors, and predalles plates. Ideal for smoothing out irregularities up to 5 mm thick and for glass fibre mesh reinforced skimming with anti-alkaline treatment. For indoor and outdoor use.
