AECOM - Arup
New York City
The Second Avenue Line of New York with 15 new stations, will connect Harlem with the Financial District in South Manhattan. The first four stations have been built in the Upper East Side, on the 63rd
Street line Q.
Aliva has designed and supplied the systems that make the inside walls and the external facades of the technical buildings called “ancillary”.
The specific design has required a custom-made solution, but with the use of materials that Aliva has always used and already knows: structural anodised aluminium alloy and porcelain tiles.
