Intervention: Painting, protection of internal and external surfaces in reinforced concrete, 170,000 m², smoothing, levelling and finishing of access ramps. Planning, supplying and installation of the ventilated facades (15,000 m²) with pre-finished variable module copper-zinc-titanium panel cladding.

Intervention: Smoothing, levelling and finishing of internal surfaces. Formulation, testing and supply of paint products designed to meet specific colour requirements (shades sampled on site) and extremely limited shine levels (gloss 15).

Project:  "Marinella II" skyscraper
Design: Arch. Lucchi, Berlati, Missiroli
Town:  Cesenatico, Forlì-Cesena - Italy
Intervention: Restoration, structural consolidation, new building envelope, of the highest reinforced concrete structure in Italy (35 floors, more than 115 metres), for many years the highest housing in Europe.  Planning, testing and installation of ventilated facades with porcelain stoneware cladding.

Environmental protection The Ivas Group has always paid careful attention in protecting the ecosystem, promoting the culture of energy saving throughout Italy by proposing technological solutions and products with low environmental impact and aimed at energy saving.

Training Training is at the centre of the Ivas Group’s daily activities, in the form of conventions, application training and technical meetings, and open days for sector operators. From 2008 with Master G, the Ivas Group has created its own training centre for sector professionals at our headquarters.

Intervention: Requalification of energy performance and new building envelope. Design of external insulation system (TermoK8), calculation of thermal transmittance with correction of thermal bridges generated by the facade systems. Engineering of the design process, production and installation of new external envelope (5,300 m²) with different types of cladding: terracotta skin (solid elements and sunshade elements), metal mesh skin (support for vegetation growth), serigraph glass skin.
