FROM VIA EMILIA

From the centre of Savignano sul Rubicone, take Via Nazario Sauro and follow signs to 
San Mauro Pascoli. Staying on the main road, cross the town, Via Bellaria is on your right. 
Ivas is on the right just after going under the motorway bridge. 
 FROM STATALE 16 ADRIATICA

Take the IPER Rubicone – San Mauro Mare exit and follow Via Cagnona towards San Mauro Pascoli.
Turn left into Via Bellaria Nuova after about 5 km, and then right into Via Bellaria.


 FROM THE A14 MOTORWAY

Exit at Rimini Nord. After twenty metres, turn left into Via Obsoleto, and again left into Via San Vito. Follow the road that will then become Via Gattucci, and then Via Vecchia Emilia. Turn right at the roundabout into Via Stradone. At the next roundabout continue straight on into Via Bellaria Nuova. Via Bellaria is a little further on, on the left.
